In fact, the heat dissipation path of LED electronic screen can be divided into three ways: heat dissipation from the air, heat dissipation directly from the system circuit board, and heat energy dissipating through gold wire. In addition, if eutectic and flip chip flip chip technology are selected, the heat energy can also be led out through the through-hole to the system circuit board.
In terms of heat dissipation of LED electronic screen box, manufacturers have also improved heat dissipation power through various methods.
